Janis: Support assistant manager

After starting work as a dinner lady part-time, and then switching role to became a learning support assistant, the training I've done has helped me manage all the support assistants at school.

My story

When I became head cook, I missed the day-to-day contact with the pupils I'd had when I was a dinner lady, so I switched roles and became a support assistant.
